La Villina is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday on Lake Iseo.
The house consists of two brand new and completely independent apartments that can be rented together or separately.
The garden is used by the guests of both apartments with well separated areas: and the left side is intended for guests on the ground floor, while the right side is for guests on the first floor. The barbecue is shared between the two apartments.
The ground floor apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, a bright and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, garden
From the apartment you exit the garden which has direct access to the lake.

The house is really welcoming, it has large windows overlooking the lake that allow you to keep the rooms cool even during the hottest periods.
Our guests will feel pampered and at ease enjoying all the comforts that the Villa offers. It is a very special and unique place if you want to spend a vacation feeling at home in this area of ​​the upper lake.
The house is in a great location, convenient and close to visit both art cities like Bergamo, Brescia, Verona and Milan, and to discover beautiful characteristic towns of the lake such as Riva di Solto, Lovere, Pisogne, Iseo and Monte Isola , the largest island of European lakes.

Traumhaft
Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Lage sind traumhaft. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub, wobei wir häufig per Mountainbike oder SUP unterwegs waren - auch zum Brot holen nach Riva di Solto. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Häuschens. Gerade für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist das Objekt prima, jüngere profitieren sicher vom großen Garten. Der Zugang zum See ist auch problemlos über eine Leiter oder einige Stufen möglich, allerdings nur für sichere Schwimmer geeignet.
