This hotel was even worse than a motel, with a room that reeked of dirt, towels that smelled like wet dog, and a filthy bathroom with mold, stains, and a door that was falling apart. There was no remote control, the phone didn't work, and the building was inhabited by homeless or drug-addicted individuals. Although the front desk staff were friendly, my stay was an absolute nightmare, leaving me feeling utterly disgusted.

Hotel room was broken into. Left the property to preserve my own safety. Tasers, family party in the parking lot, car repairs with impact guns at 10pm. The staff was nice.

I'm just gonna say the stay wasn't pleasant. The room door key wouldn't work. We had to open the door through the window because the door key reader was broken and they didn't have another room to swith ours. And yes luckily they left the window open. The attendant said the handyman was trying to fix it early that day, so he probably left the window open. We got there about 9-ish pm so it was kinda late to look for another hotel at that point. The room itself wasn't the best either. The bathroom was bad like the paint was pealing off and the shower also was in bad shape. Now it was probably only that room who knows.

To many homeless in the property, people doing drugs and no security it’s an ugly area I the rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies are really nice except the receptionist really bad customer service lack of patience.

Upon check in the room smelled of smoke. No ac cover to had to make sure the little kept away from it. Called the front deak from my phone because the phone in the room didn't work. Hair left in the shower. When i called the front desk they sai there was nothing they can do. Ask if ther waa another room we can see. She said no. Asked if mgr available. She said no. So nothing you can do she said a refund and i can leave. It was 9 pm and we just slept the bed sheets were clean eno

Didn’t get the requested room i asked for , we had to squeeze into a bed. Had to wait 20 mins outside the room while it was still being cleaned. The shower was disgusting, the sink was clogged, toilet would barely flush, spiders in the corner. Don’t recommend.

They had resident living in this place and they were very Noisy. This place should not be booking rooms if it’s for the homeless there were awful boards around the bathroom door tub was chipping just awful. I will never book there any more.
