Pleasantly surprised!
Pleasantly surprised! I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews but everything was great. Fast check in, very clean, very comfortable beds (pretty sure they were new)! We booked 3 rooms and no problems with anything. It's definitely an older property but well taken care of. So glad I took a chance on this one!

Don’t stay here, it’s awful. Dark, dingy and outdated. Our room was insecure, you could get in without a key and we were told maintenance wasn’t available until the following Monday (4 days). My family and all our belongings were left vulnerable. Owner refused to give us our money back saying because we’d booked through Expedia they’d be charged so had to pass the cost on, quite frankly so what you let us a sub-standard room and should have compensated us. We moved to a different hotel down the road that was more expensive but worth every penny.

This hotel is a no frills hotel. There is not a complimentary breakfast but the staff was very friendly and kind. The room was quiet even though I was close to a busy road and I was on the second floor. The first floor rooms had sliding doors which opened to the street. The television was satellite and it was hard to use without the help of the front desk staff. The exercise room needs to be updated. The room was quiet and clean and included a mini fridge and a microwave.

Check in is at 1:30 couldnt checkin till after 4 they havent even ckeaned room yet thrn got charged a 250 dollar servuce dog fee room was still dirty when checked in not happy at all

We saw this place from outside and it looked awful. All rooms on first floor had sliding glass door to outside on a very busy intersection with lots of trucks and noise. Parking lot full of potholes. Very run down. When we tried to get a refund because it felt unsafe, we were denied a refund. I cant believe people can still do business like this. Very disappointed that Hotels.com still has them as a listing.

Staff were friendly, present and helpful. Being on a corner close to the road with traffic. Sliding doors made it nice for loading and unloading. Dog friendly, but hotel makes efforts to assist when neighbors have rowdy dogs. Overall nics stay.

More Like Dog Tolerant
Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Being an older hotel, not everything worked exactly as it should, but for the price it was fair. While they do allow dogs in some of their rooms, calling themselves pet friendly is a stretch. The biggest issue is that the only grass on the entire property is in the courtyard and dogs are not allowed there. Many hotels have lawns and waste stations for dogs, this had none. For that reason I can only give it three stars.
