Escape to our renovated, historic rural haven near sunny Motueka, just minutes from Kaiteriteri Beach and Abel Tasman National Park. Our home offers sunshine and everything you need for a perfect getaway: kayaks, basketball net, volleyball net, football goal, trampoline, hammock, BBQ and firepit. Inside, enjoy a 65" TV with Netflix and Disney, a full modern kitchen, two showers, one bath, and sleeping for 7 plus a cot. Filtered bore and spring water, ducted heat pump/AC, and ample parking.

The stunning entrance leads to steps up into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. There are two kitchen tables, comfortably seating 8+, with a high chair available in the laundry if needed.

We have high speed internet (Starlink) so no worries about streaming etc.!

There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of which has a cot available. There’s also a small single bedroom with a single bed and storage and a double-sized bedroom with bunk beds and built-in wardrobes.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
