We had a 2 bed ground floor condo. Nothing like shown in the photos! Very tired & run down in all areas of the condo but particularly bathrooms & kitchen. Lounge area furniture felt damp, all doors, internal & external stuck. Beds comfortable enough. Towels were old, rough & grey looking although they were meant to be white. Our water supply went off twice & we were only there one night! Pool very small, looked dirty so didn't use, no loungers just a few plastic upright chairs. Surrounding decking area was very uneven. Wi-fi didn't work & turned out that the area we were in had a different code! Indifferent food & service in restaurant, one of us received the wrong meal! Very disappointing for a waterfront location. We are not hard to please but would not recommend or revisit Village Cay Hotel..

Great location right on the marina with nice pool with a view of the boats. Room was basic and plain, up two flights with no elevator. TV has no basic channels, only allows streaming with your accounts. Downstairs restaurant food wait is 40+ minutes for breakfast and lunch but food and drinks are good.

Fabulous
Our stay was passing through Tortola. So only a night stop. But a Lovely hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, with facilities. We had breakfast here on our outbound trip, but stayed overnight on our return enjoying late afternoon drinks and snacks. Pool area was limited with no loungers, but enjoyed a swim all the same. We’ll be back for sure thank you for a great finish to our sailing regatta.

We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the sea and marina . Only one night stay as we were catching the early ferry but we appreciated the early check in! Amazing stay for the price !
