I had a great experience checking in and the staff members were helpful. My only gripe is that our sheets had a stray hair in them and some sort of yellow butter-like stain on the side of them. I noticed because I have a habit of checking the sheets/bedding of any place I stay. That aside it was a decent stay overall. The room was nice loved the shower. The mutual light and vent in the bathroom was annoying but tolerable. Overall good, fairly clean place to stay with friendly and helpful staff

This location was right by the highway, near downtown, and very quiet. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was limited in my opinion, but okay. The facilities were a littled dated but nothing that interfered with my stay. Overall it was fine for my purposes.

I stayed here for an event at the Roanoke Inn, and the Comfort Inn was close by, affordable and comfortable, breakfast included was a plus. Desk staff was friendly, the hotel was very quiet, mostly older people when I was there, pool is very small so manage your expectations! Only negatives were the AC in the gym wasn't working (but was fixed the next day). I would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights while attending a convention at the civic center. The location was really convenient. The property was very quiet even though it was the holiday weekend. The room was very comfortable. I was really impressed with how hot the water was in the shower. The shower head was also amazing. The staff at reception were also friendly. I would definitely stay again.
