The view outside the window, no safe, no blankets. Only 2 thin sheets as cover. Bathroom was dirty, toilet was nasty. Air vent above the toilet was caked up with fuzz add dust. For a non-smoking floor, all we could smell was smoke all night. No light bulb in lamp. Trash behind nightstand. Room 7152.

We knew the property is older and might not be top of the line but some of the staff (not all) could use some lessons in hospitality. For the few guests that were there they could have been more helpful and friendly

We just arrived at 1045pm. I drove 4 hours in the rain and arrived to help get my mom out the car and unloaded, only to be locked out of the room. Had to call the front desk and someone came to help us get in. Took a few attempts to gain entry. Bed had stains all over, floor nasty, light blown, etc. Then the only room available is on the 8th floor at the end of the hall. Ive been driving since 6pm, it's now a quarter til one. This room sheets look better, fridge disgusting, only two towels, nothing else. Had to call and go downstairs to retrieve towels. Grab my coat off the chair and been itching since then. Visted the food court to grab my daughter some food at the last minute and decided to play while I waited. The quickest $100 bucks thrown away. I wish we didn't stay so far away, I would definitely drive back now.

The worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in all my years of traveling. Staff was very unprofessional, rude, deceitful, incompetent totally. At the same time front desk staff had children on their lap at the front desk like it was the norm. I stayed at the hotel for several hours attempting to check in, on the phone with Hotels customer service during the ordeal with an associate named Patrick and attached are photos of all issues mentioned respectively. I drove over 4 hours to experience this ordeal and with the time past midnight and distance from home and the time of night and too late to drive after a long drive beforehand. I had no option but to get whatever was available at that time of the night which was horrible. The groceries I brought with me to cook in the kitchenette as being the first time ever staying at this Marriott brand type.

My husband and I haven’t visited Sam’s Town in over 20 years. Decided to stop on our trip from Texas to Ohio. The staff was so rude it made the stay horrible. Went to get a players card and the girl behind the desk was talking to the couple in front of us like she had all the time in the world. When we got to the desk she wouldn’t even look up at us and refused to answer our questions. I then asked the security girl where the bill changer was and she replied with “really, you just walked right past it” and I didn’t even come from the direction she pointed. So rude, the place is dated and smelled and the staff is horrible. Will not stay again.
