Starting with check in, the front desk provided very limited information as the keys were given. We had to ask about breakfast times. Upon opening the door to our room, we were filled with a very strong air freshener smell covering up some odor. As the air freshener smell faded, the smell of Marijuana became very evident. The room was not stocked with any bathtowels and only had one trash can in the bathroom Also, the sofa bed still had bedding on it from a previous guest and there was no clean bedding for it in the room. We had to get it ourselves from the front desk. We had to get the towels from the front desk as they had no staff to bring them to us. The next morning the breakfast was very busy and everything was out. The breakfast attendant was filling up things while talking on his personal cell phone and not really paying attention to everything that was out. On our second night, the sink start filling up as if it was plugged. It then began filling up from the pipe with all the gross sewage. The next morning, we informed the front desk that it was plugged and it needed to be fixed. The desk attendant said it would be taken care. When we arrived back in the evening, it was not fixed and would not drain at all. It smelled awful. The front desk said there was nothing to be done about it as they didn't have the staff. We had to wash out hands and brush our teeth with the tub faucet. It continued to smell bad all night and as the hotel was full, we couldn't switch rooms.
