Hotel is in need of some good renovations…very dated compared to other hotels in area. It served its need but carpets, beds, bathrooms all look very old and worn. Would not be my choice in future if I can help it. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is.

Needs renovation
We were there for one night only. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were friendly. Only thing is, the entire place needs to be renovated. The elevator needs washing. Our room didn't have floor mat for the shower. We had to ask the front desk for pull-out sofa cover (other hotels have them ready for use in the closet). We will not book there next time we're in the area until they make the place better and cleaner.

Never again!
When I checked in the keys didn’t work.I went down to the front desk the person who was supposed to be there wasn’t. I stood there waiting for at least 15 minutes. The phone that was there to call for assistance was broken. Finally anther man came and helped me. The room was nice but when I stepped into the shower I almost fell because the tub was slippery. Went down for breakfast there were no eggs or sides. Same thing the next morning. There had been eggs but there weren’t there and 15 minutes later I went back they hadn’t refilled the eggs yet.

Dirty and horrible customer service.
Tried to cancel my reservation as I arrived as the hotel is in complete disrepair, not cleanly and very very dated. It appeared as though the hotel was out of business as the outside was as abismal as the inside. Tried to get my money back and neither hotels.com and the hotel itself were responsive. I’m still waiting for a call from the hotel manager for my refund. Do not stay there - sleeping in your care would be more comfortable!

The staff was trying their best to make things run smoothly but they needed more support. The breakfast area wasn’t appropriately stocked, there was no milk and no coffee. The cream was spoiled and there seemed to be a few staff trying to do everything. The elevator was out of order as was the ice machine.
