A really nice place. The commons area was great for a morning meetup with the very substantial complementary breakfast. The only downside was parking lot was too small for the hotel. I really had to stretch to find a parking spot late at night.

The parking was easy, room was comfortable and large, the shuttle to Mayo was so helpful and convenient!! It was nice to relax in the hot tub at night and the breakfast in the morning was perfect! It was also great having restaurants within walking distance!

I loved the hotel! My only issue is there was a huge party happening in the lobby and the front area by the fire. People were loud and drinking, at least 50-75 people. I really looked forward to sitting out front by the fire but there was nowhere to sit and they didn’t leave until after midnight even though quiet time is supposed to be 10pm. Other than that, the hotel itself was great!

The shuttle and driver to Mayo Clinic was very helpful. Nice room set up with kitchen area and dining table on wheels to roll to the couch for eating. We had a great view of the river and sunset. Only negative was the ugly dark wallpaper. Made the room seem narrow and dismal.
