There were bloodstains on one of the pillows, brown stains caked into the carpet, visible mold in the bathroom, the tub looked disgusting, there was brown stuff all over the soap dish in the bathroom, and the AC didnā€™t work well. I also had to wait quite a while for someone to appear so I could check in. Although when he did show up he was very kind. I ended up booking a different hotel rather than staying another night - they did refund me for my unused night and the staff didnā€™t seem surprised I wanted to check out early.

Poor customer service, not clean.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. It was poorly managed. Poor customer service. It seemed like there was 1 person running the entire hotel. We had a late check-in. We needed bedding and pillows for the pull out beds. We called the front desk and it was a busy tone. We went to the front desk and was told the hotel had no more extra bedding. He said they were in the middle of drying and that it would be ready in 30-40 minutes.

My stay was good. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is in regard to the fitness center. The weight machine and treadmill were out of service. The only dumbbells they had were 30s, 40s, and 45s.

Bill welcomed us very nicely. Got a room right away. Room was nice but smelled musty like someone had smoked a while back. Room aired out well with a/c running. Hotel getting a bit old. Hotel in pretty safe area. Had to leave hotel at 7 for dr spot. Very little out for breakfast bar. Price was right so will be back.

overall, pretty good.
Ice machines on first and second floor did not work. Waffles stuck in waffle maker, The man working the breakfast was not helpful. There should have been some spray or something.
