Cold shower and large bed stains
There was a questionable stain that looked like someone was murdered on the bed. The bed was sagging in the middle and made it hard to sleep on. Breakfast was non-existant; absolutely nothing was there. The shower never warmed up.

Budget doesn't mean skimping on cleanliness
The staff are great - no issues there. The room however can use a deep clean. Bathroom fan covered in dirty lint, same with the heating/Air con unit. The box spring had rather unsightly stains. All in all, you get what you pay for but even then, this would be more appropriate at a no tell motel rather than a Super 8.

Would not recommend. Was hoping for a budget friendly, clean stay. First room was not clean, broken heater, phone didn't work, one light bulb missing from the one lamp in the room. Told them and they were kind, offered $$ the first night and moved us to a "better" room. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, heater rattled and clanked all night. Room was cleaner but still not great.

The associate at the front desk was intentionally rude. When I complained about the vending machine, she refused to share my concern with her supervisor. She was unnecessarily nasty to me as well.
