Hotel was fine, but bed was uncomfortable and we weren’t told that breakfast finished at 9am, so we missed this by 15 minutes and weren’t offered anything else.

Nice and safe place with good staff
The hotel staff were great and very friendly, my room was warm and comfortable. The only I issue I had was whoever was in the room next door to room 32 was loud, by loud I mean snoring, I woke up at 4.40am and could not get back to sleep, now you may think its not the hotels fault but I say insulated walls maybe an option. Anyway the hotel and staff were good, the breakfast WOW, beautiful and I stay away alot. Im in another hotel now as I type this again through HOTELS.COM because of ease of use and service they too provide. Thanks all.

Great value stay
The room was great value for money, nice bonus to have parking and the included breakfast was great. The room was right by the stairs, and the bed was against the wall that had the stairs on the other side. When people were getting to their rooms, it felt like they were in the room with me due to the thin wall and the noise. As a solo traveller, it made me feel quite uncomfortable.

What a great find.
What a great find, located within 10 minutes walk of the city, a straight drive to the motorway. Great staff, decent room, spotlessly clean. Would certainly return.

Hotel has a very nice interior, large front of hotel bedroom and shower room, very polite staff. Unfortunately due to lack of sleep, noise from main road continues throughout the night, very busy main road. Definitely needs triple glazing

I’ve stayed here a number of time when working in Exeter. It is modern, comfortable and very clean. The staff are lovely. Very good value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location but hotel not so great. Not very clean and the carpets in the room are pretty dirty. Bathrooms could be cleaned better. Breakfast was nice. Very noisey as rooms are so close by, struggled to sleep. My room was pretty cold and I actually got a cold from that now. Heating is timed. Could hear cars driving past my window too which was a bit much.wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was pretty unclean, there was dust everywhere. There is not much privacy amongst the rooms as you can hear everything from your neighbors or in the hallway. Vegan options were promised for breakfast but there is just one option, and it's the veggie breakfast without the eggs. And with breakfast, the dining room is pretty stuffed with tables seated really close together, so it was awkward.
