Comfortable and spacious room with kitchen alcove. Had quite room at the end of the hall. Only complaint was that the blue textured wall paper was full of dust. And quite noticeable

Hotel was very clean and staff was very accommodating and helpful. Was very close to all points of interest that we were looking to go to. Breakfast was also more than what we expected with a great variety.

Attractive lobby and eating area. Room adequate but our shower curtain was torn to the point of hanging off rod. Mold along the baseboard trim. Breakfast was mostly packaged sugary carbs. No milk, just apples and oranges as fruit. No hot items. Could all be better at this price.

The staff was nice, location was great, breakfast was a falsehood only bagels hard boiled eggs and prepackaged muffins. The pool was nice and the outdoor seating was nice as well.

Great little inn to stay at if you’re visiting Rockport or Gloucester. We took the shuttle from the station located across the street into town but realized we were only a mile from The harbor and chose to walk back to the end, admiring the architecture along the way.
