Not what I expected

The room was horrible. The mattresses and box spring were stained and filthy, covers were nasty and covered in hair. The tv didn’t work. The heat didn’t work good.

The facility was disgusting. It was impossible to breathe due to the horrendous stench of weed and cigarette smoke. In my non-smoking room, I may as well have been smoking the cigarettes myself. The linens were stained and had holes in them. The outside had not been treated for the ice storm that had come through making the stairs icy and unsafe. The hotel staff were very gracious and understanding and issued a refund and apologized for the conditions

Booked a non smoking room and definitely got a smoking room. TV did not work. There were 2 of us and we had 1 towel. The booking online said it included a continental breakfast. When I asked about breakfast during check in, she said, " Oh, it's just granola bars." While picking up a box of granola bars from behing the counter. Needless to say, we booked somewhere else on our return trip. For the same exact price.

I love the hospitality of the head housekeeper, but the rooms need to be remodeled. There were roaches in one of the room, so we left.

Cheap It Is

The inside and outside could use a good scrubbing. Trash in the parking lot and walkways. Apparent full time residents. Staff was pleasant and did their job well.

The hotel hallways smells like Marijuana, the room needs to be clean. A decent breakfast needs to be provided to customers instead of granola bars and coffee. The area around the hotel doesn't seem to be safe.

Médiocre

À notre arrivée, la première chambre était désastreusement sale(plancher collant, oreiller taché de sang ou de moisie avec du poile, etc..). La cambre de remplacement était moins pire, j’ai quand même été acheté de quoi laver la douche et le plancher(voir photos des linges utilisés). Les déjeuner inclus n’existe plus, juste du café pas bon pas et pas de lait. Les passages sentent mauvais. J’ai l’habitude des hôtels bas prix et Je déconseille vraiment cette hôtel.
