Nice average stay. Nothing special about this hotel though. Pet fee is $25 a night. Little area for pet relief outside. Guest laundry room costs money (in case anyone’s wondering). Free breakfast provided in the dining room at the front desk lobby. Coffee, water, apple juice, milk, orange juice. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Monterey brand breakfast burritos, yogurt, cream cheese, bagels, English muffins, assorted cereal boxes, hot cocoa & oatmeal packets, bananas. Good assortment but limited as in no hot breakfast :( unless you heat up the food! Clean room. Very Convenient location. Hotel is a maybe 5 minutes away from practically everything.

Perfect for our needs! Clean, accessible, pet friendly, all the basics. The hot tub and pool were a nice touch. Breakfast wasn’t awesome but we didn’t have expect much for the reasonable price. Would absolutely book again.

Facility was old and in poor repair. Pool was filthy. Hot tub was unusable. Breakfast was meager and poor. I would not stay there again. Do not trust the photos.

When I stay at hotels I always look forward to the complimentary breakfast. This hotel had far by the worst selection/service I ever experienced. They didn’t even have the waffle bar as shown on their hotel website. I would compare their breakfast service to a gas station spread.

The grounds were not clean, stains on the sidewalk from spilled liquids and grass areas outside units were weeds. Our room lock was broken where we were unable to open the door and had to call maintenance, thankfully it was not an emergency or we may have been trapped. Staff was very nice.

We used to stay at this hotel everytime we had to travel to Santa Rosa for a Dr appointment which is at least twice a year. This hotel has gone downhill so much since Best Western no longer owns it. The manager there during the day is always so rude always has an attitude. The beds are like rocks and we always stay there bc we enjoyed the hot tub. The past 2 times we have stayed the hot tub has been out of service. The first time due to cleaning and she said it would be closed all 3 days we were there and another employee told us the day before we left it was just that one day. This time it was closed bc the city shut it down for not having the correct chemicals. We will definitely take our business elsewhere from now on. Sad to see such a reasonable great hotel go so far down hill in a matter of just a year or so
