I had a great time in Sonoma the wineries around were super beautiful it was a great drive around the city. The staff were very helpful with great spirit to them. Staff in breakfast room was extremely helpful and kind. The pool was closed :/ we were a bit bummed about that but it was okay since we were busy with family. I forgot about free breakfast until the last day lol I got yogurt, bagels , cereal and coffee! . You had to call to get ur room serviced but I actually liked that option. Only small complaint is I saw a nail polish mark on one of bottom of the bedding , it was clean but I think it probably stained after washed.. other than that it was a reasonably good stay.

Much of the front office and breakfast area were under construction, so it wasn't as we were expecting it to be. Property is conveniently located near I-5, but is in need of the updating that we experienced.

Breakfast was not up the normal expectations we have stayed here several times before always been a good experience this time the lobby was under construction the pool use not usable and the plugs in the room did not work so no hair dryer staff was pleasant as usual but overall stay was disappointing

Dirty, old, smelly and run down

At first, to drive up and see caution or yellow tape completely closing off the front of this site was not cool, having your customer walk all the way around just to find one person at check in?? Really? Your pictures do your site a wonder that is, because your grounds, exterior look, rooms, bathrooms and smelly carpets is the reason you should not be on Expedia and or Hotels.com.. I will never return or consider this Inn, very very badly kept.. My wife and I immediately left and booked a beautiful room in Santa Rosa! I will let my 3rd party understand the importance of not doing business with run down Hotels, Motels, and Inn maybe Hotels.com should get out more often and Exoect and Inspect your advertised sites, I am not asking for anything, We left because we felt unsafe, dirty, smelly and down right old and run down site.. I was not going to spend my weekend/ Birthday at this site.. My wife was discussed the minute we pulled up! So to sum up my concerns, get out and view some of these places that you do business with..or I can just use your competitor going forward .. thanks

I booked the spot because of the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, due to mismanagement the facility had to be closed. We were told that the city closed it because of the PH levels. Which was very disappointing.

It was overall a good stay - the staff was kind and accommodating. The first room smelled like pot, we asked for a different one and immediately got it with no questions asked. The other room had clean smell and appeared clean, but after walking barefoot for a few mins our feet turned black… the rest of the room seems ok, and linens looked clean and fresh. The breakfast lady was very nice, the breakfast itself was average. Overall, good with a couple of hiccups.
