Issue room service menu when u check in. Kids need to stop running inside. Get Keurig coffee makers in the room. The pod things you have now are awful. My lids to coffee cups were covered in dust and there was strands of black hair in the bathtub. For the price of room, you need to do better.

Grounds are very pretty and set off from any major street. Good for dogs. Friendly staff! Nice hot tub and heated pool! This is a nice place, though I’d say it’s a 3-star not 4-star hotel. The restaurant menu options are so so and isn’t open for lunch. The rooms are good but fairly standard. Bed felt nice. We got a fire pit and faced the courtyard where there were some games that were fun but needed updating. The price was a good value but remember they charge a lot for parking and all extras. Definitely worth checking out.
