Loved that it was a 7 minute walk to the Ottaviano station and that allowed you to go all around central Rome. The room was comfortable, expresso coffee available every morning with typical Italian toasts. Jeff welcomed us when we got in late. Awesome stay!

Really enjoyed our stay The host was very friendly and welcoming, booking our airport transfers without any problems. The rooms are no frills but spotlessly clean with a free mini bar. The bed was very comfy, shower great with plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The shares kitchen was always clean and well stocked with snacks but a kettle to make tea would be helpful rather than just a coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again, the location meant we could walk everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Great place to stay. It’s right next to the Vatican and central Rome is easily accessible by bus metro or on foot. There are plenty of food options on the door step and the hotel is lovely.

The daily service was great. The property was well kept and easy to get to for the few days we were there. The A train is only a few minutes away along with the Sistine Chapel

This hotel is not your typical "hotel" there is no reception and is set up more like an Airbnb. The common area is a small kitchen that is used by all guests. It's very small and rooms are all in a small area so you hear everything. Plus there was construction going on in the building so I was hearing drilling and dishes being washed as of 8am. The beds are not comfortable at all. Location is good, near the Vatican, lots of local restaurants and on a main street for shopping. Best part was the location. The lady who greeted me to open the door was sweet.

This is a charming properry with all the facilties you would need. Free mini fridge a bonus. Alia and the other staff we met were genuinely helpful and freindly. The area boast a selection of good quality restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay.

The host in charge is really great and friendly. She answered a lot of our questions as it was our first time in Rome. The room was clean and the bar was stocked with different drinks. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a very pleasant surprise. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as there isn’t much information online, other than reviews. This is a bnb located in an apartment building. It appears there are 4 other guest rooms in the apartment. It was very quiet and convenient. The owner was very accessible through WhatsApp and the apartment was always very clean. The AC was AMAZING and the beds were very comfortable. If you are just looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Rome and plan to be out all day, this is a perfect place to stay.
