This is not a hotel or bed and breakfast, it is four rooms with beds on the second floor of an office building. It is unstaffed. It anticipates guests know how to navigate Rome, like how to call taxis, for example. The room is small but ok enough for visiting the city. The room has no space or shelving to actually unpack clothing. We visited during the summer and it was very hot; the room fridge wasn’t working and despite numerous requests and one promise to replace it we were completely ignored. The location of the rooms is central in Rome, the only bright point of this accommodation.

Beautiful room, but AC didn’t work well
This is a centrally located hotel. We had no problem checking in. Our room was spacious and beautiful. But upon checking in and taking showers we also noticed that our feet got very dirty walking on the room floor. A previous guest had left some items that were still still in the room. Last, after 3 hours we noticed that the AC was not working very well. The room was warm. I called to inform the manager. He came and said he would have someone look at it the next day. The following day after we had left and returned, the room was still warm. The next day I informed the front desk person about the AC and she said that she checked it and “it was fine.” We are not used to the heat so AC is important-but after that answer, did not bother asking about it again. The other hotels on our trip had AC units that got much cooler. Other than that we enjoyed the location and room.

This hotel is right in the centre of Rome amid the designer shops. Saying that it is very quiet, has everything you need, toiletries, tea coffee making facilities, even Nutella and crisp breads. The bathroom could be cleaner, the shower door could be cleaner as could the tiles. All in all a very pleasant place to stay. We stay middle of February for 4 nights.

This is the BEST place to stay for location. 5 mins walk to the trevi fountain, 15 to the Vatican and colosseum. It is room only but when your in Rome you want to be out and about exploring the food and delights anyways. There isn’t a 24/7 reception as the hotel consists of 4 rooms only, but there are staff there to greet you on arrival and provide you with everything you need. The rooms are cleaned Daily with fresh supplies of towels and made beds etc. I’d definitely stay here again should I visit rome. Perfect city break away

The Borgognona Rooms were in a fantastic area. The Spanish steps are around the corner, a very short stroll from the Trevi Fountain. In fact no major land mark was more that 25 mins slow walk away. Very very friendly staff when you arrive and then you just come and go on your own. Room was a nice and everything seemed very new. Rooms cleaned every day and towels replaced. I’d definitely recommend it.

Borgognona Rooms are located at the very center of "The Happening" of Roma. All Piazza's and tourism locations are located nearby and reached by a short walk. If you want to go for shopping, all brands an non brands stores are located nearby. no need to take any transportation. all by foot. Coffee shops and good restaurants are also just a step away of Borgognona Rooms.

My Daughter and i had a pleasant stay on this accommodation. Very Clean and quiet, you get a good night's sleep after a long day of walking. Lots of nice restaurants around the vicinity and very close to Piazza Espanya (Spanish Steps)
