In general everything was acceptable, staff not rude but not kind either. When booking in this facility make sure your bed is on the floor and not on top like bunk beds which is what happened to my friend. Unfortunately the staff didn’t give us the option for another room and just stated that they were full and that it was the room we had reserved. The staff( front desk lady) didn’t show any sympathy at all and instead she got upset. Unreal but true.
My friend was then upset with me and honestly I didn’t expect or want that on my vacation.
Great location but you'll feel the mattress spring
The hotel is in a suburban area near the Vatican that is safe enough to walk in at night, and easy enough to get to via public bus. The room was spacious for a short-term stay, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had lots of options to satisfy European or American tastes. The beds are the firm European style, but were still the least comfortable of the 4 different hotels we stayed in as the springs could be felt through the mattress. The staff held our luggage on our last day so we could explore after check-out, which allowed us to maximize our time in Rome.

Excellent location. My only complaint is the room walls are paper thin. You hear noises from around all the time
the hotel was good, breakfast excellent. Location is not the best, and we have an issue with a very loud party, when I called the reception they told me it was ending at midnight. We couldn't sleep that night, youngsters were very loud until 3:30 am.

The property was convenient and well mantained, but I must state that the service has been the worst I have recive in my many years of traveling. Pleople working there were really lacking the minimum of profesionalism, specially in the cafeteria, they were extremely rude. They often forget that they work in the service area and its because of us clients that their business are running. Such a shame
The room was clean and had all the necessities for our stay. It was a bit hard to find the entrance from the parking lot. Better signage would help with that. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions.
Lugar muy acogedor, bien cercadel vaticano y sus empleados muy amables. Altamente recomendado.

The property is gated and entrance is controlled.nice but a long walk to the Vatican gate. The unit we were in needs a bit of sprucing up.
The staff were pleasant ,helpful .Valerio at the reception helped us with reservation to the Vatican museum and arranged our transportation to Cevicchia port.
Had great difficulty getting out gate from parking lot onto Via Alberici. I had meetings at Casa Bonus Pastor which was a very short walk from Camplus on Alberici to Via Aurelia. There should be a pad that you can use your room key to exit as well as re-enter just like the main gate on Via del Cottolengo. On two occasions, I had to return to desk twice for assistance. -fr. Somehow I missed that this facility is a dormitory. They rent 30 rooms to travelers.
Staff was helpful & responsive
What I liked about the area is that it was very close to the Vatican. I also like the fact that we could walk several eating places. I would have liked for them to offer options for meals. Stay open for service longer hours. Offer coffee!
On our first day we did have a receptionist who very rude. Thank goodness we did not see her the rest of stay. The rest of the staff was friendly and willing to help.
This property is a combo college/university dorm and hotel. It was a great place to stay — large, spacious and quiet rooms. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. And, there is a super convenient cafeteria right downstairs with very affordable prices. I really enjoyed my stay here, and the price was fabulous. The room was so clean and modern.

This is not a hotel but a university campus that hires out rooms. We booked a duplex but did not expect weird metal steps up to the beds. Great for students but not really suitable for two ladies of a certain age. The snack bar is basic but the service was friendly . The room had no soft furnishings. Just two plastic chairs and a long plastic table/desk. Every sound was magnified as nothing to soak up the noise. And nowhere comfortable to sit. No tv or music. The balcony was nice and very spacious. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The reception staff were nice and very helpful with directions etc. It’s located in a residential area. It was a good 15 minute walk to St Peter’s Square. The same to a bus/train stop. I will definitely visit Rome again but would stay somewhere more central. The area is not very pleasant so you wouldn’t want to eat or drink locally. Advertising it as a hotel is a bit misleading to be honest.
