Great location near metro station and colosseum. Plenty of dining options close to hotel. The shower is a bit of an experience, it’s tiny and the curtain tends to get in your way but I managed to survive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was recently remodeled and still in the process. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Our room did not have a TV. It was not important for my wife and I. Make sure you read the details of the room to meet your requirements for your stay.

The last night we had no air conditioning. They opened the windows, closed the shutters, and provided a fan. The hotel is in a great area and convenient.

Had a good 3 night stay. Our room was very small for the price, no TV - which may be a good thing regarding noise. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Extremely good location and very effective AC.

Their breakfast was good. It was close to stores and restaurants. Our room was clean but unfortunately the smell from the sewer was very strong. I told the admin and they sent someone to fix it. It did not help. I had to place a cardboard on the shower drain and placed duct tape around it. I also blocked the basin drain at night and run the shower fan all day. It helped to reduce the smell so I could sleep.

The location and breakfast were good. That's where the positives end. The hotel double charged me for my stay. I informed the front desk about it, and the receptionist was completely unwilling to help. She kept insisting that I had not been double charged, despite me showing proof that I had been. This went on for a while - she was very stubborn. Given that I was getting nowhere with her, I contacted Hotels.com customer service, and they phoned her on my behalf. It worked! The hotel now promised me a refund. Shout out to Hotels.com customer service for solving the issue so promptly. I eventually received my refund, but unfortunately, there's $25 missing from it. I'm now back home, so I emailed the hotel management about the missing $25. The person who replied to my email writes in broken English (which is odd given that the staff at the hotel all spoke great English when I was there), so I don't have high hopes of receiving the missing $25. If they do eventually refund the missing $25, I will update this review. For thoroughness, I do want to mention that one of the girls working the front desk was very helpful, but there was enough bad service from others to sour my views of the hotel as a whole.

A nice surprise
Wonderful staff. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast service started, and the front desk surprised us with two bags of breakfast treats to go! The room was small, and no tv, but we spent our time out in Rome rather than the room so not a big deal. Hotel is right on a small friendly piazza in a quiet neighborhood. We’d definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. One of its standout features is the excellent location—everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of fresh options to start the day. We especially appreciated the quality and variety of dishes available each morning. However, the rooms were smaller than we expected, which was a bit disappointing for our preferences. It felt a bit cramped, especially if you’re used to more spacious accommodations. On the plus side, the staff was consistently polite and helpful, making our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, a solid choice for its location and service, though the room size might be a consideration for some travelers.
