They charged us 43 EUROS after accusing us of damaging a kettle that we had never even used. According to them, they were certain because they checked the room daily, and they found the damaged kettle after our checkout. But I didn’t even know where the kettle was. /
They claimed that we put milk in the kettle and broke it, but we don't consume milk while travelling. Initially, we exchanged a couple of emails, and we even visited a week later to ask the front desk to speak to the manager. The manager completely ignored my calls and emails for more than two months and also ignored requests from the Expedia Customer Service Team (which I had asked for). If you don’t want to be ignored when problems arise, You should also prepare plenty of evidence on your end.
