Comfortable and clean apartment. We had plenty of room. Close to everything. Gladys was readily available to us. Thank you. Not crazy about surrounding areas but then again, Rome is a city. Decent place

Only minor complaint was the walls were really scuffed from people’s bags. Could be cleaned at bit better. The apartment was probably a little small for four people but it it fine for a few days. The main bed was really comfortable. Location was brilliant, less than 10 minute walk to the coliseum. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Communication was brilliant organised a taxi from the airport and the driver was letting me know he had arrived. Whenever we contacted the office they came back pretty much straight away. Would stay again.

I was very nervous about staying somewhere other than a hotel but I can honestly say this place was lovely, they are very clean and tidy and also they message you before you go and give you help and advice if needed. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay again.

We loved staying here the staff is super friendly . We were greeted and checked in with easy and friendly instructions. The apartment is just what we needed for a long stay . Super safe and walkable to Colosseum, restaurants, bars and coffee shops . Loved the location!!! From airport here was about 40 min , taxis have a set fee of like 58 euro . The only complaint is that the comforters are yellow filthy and you can tell because the rest of linen is white and clean (especially in twin beds , kids room) . Also maybe some deep cleaning advised for bathrooms.

Lovely apartment about 10 minutes walk from the coliseum, some bars & restaurants and the metro. Perfect for our 4 day break in the city. We were able to drop our bags at the property at 11am without any issue and were extra fortunate that the apartment was ready at that time so we could check in immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Nice location
The location is very good and close to colosseum but to city center is 30 minutes by walk.The apartment is nice and almost clean.it has washing machine and dry machine and staff are very kind.totally very acceptable and comfort.

Walkable distance to a lot of landmarks. Grocery store is nearby. Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of shops nearby, but not too much choices in regards of cuisines. Always a good cup of espresso though.

We cannot rate the shopping, dining, transport options as we did not use these or have need to look for them. As this is in the heart of Rome, parking will always be a challenge. Gladys helped us out whenever we needed and responded very quickly. This property effortlessly achieves its rating and it very well placed in Rome. We walked to Vatican City from this location, (bit of a hike) through the main tourist thoroughfare, stopping at a few significant sites on the way. The Colosseum is less than ten minutes walk. Colosseo Gardens is definitely worth considering for your stay. Mick from Australia.

Close to Colosseum. Neighbourhood is sketchy on the surface until you realize that most of Rome is one big graffiti tagged city. We were happy with being able to walk to most things quite easily. Unit was quiet. Nobody at the front desk area ever. No toilet paper, had to buy our own.
