What a delightful little hotel. Ideally placed for the station and within walking distance of so many sights. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a range of continental choices and the neighbourhood was vibrant with a range of dining options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, Ferdinando was especially great at providing information, advice and humour. The neighbourhood is busy with traffic and there was noise from the corridors, so if you are looking for quiet, this might not be the hotel for you. I would be more than happy to stay here again and already planning my next trip

The breakfasts were hearty with a self run espresso-cappuccino machine and nice assortment of meats, cheeses, and pastries. Many nice outdoor restaurants nearby with fantastic food. The staff and in particular Fernando and Eduard, were very helpful and particularly with my friends medicinal emergergeny which require immediate transport to a nearby hospital and suggestions for transport on follow-up care. They made all the difference.

Good location for us, near Roma terminal and the local attractions within Rome. The extremely friendly and helpful staff at the hotel was a different level experience, that added additional customer experience to our stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay here with our family, very friendly staff who were very accommodating, there are some restaurants around the hotel so you didn't have to go to far to eat and drink and the hotel is very close to the metro station .

The hotel is in a great location, near the train station and walkable to major sites. Staff was friendly and helpful, only draw back is the lift was out of order and we had to get staff to help with the bags. Otherwise, it’s a cute small hotel.

This hotel is a 2.5 stars...
The first room was bad, next to a restaurant. We could hear people celebrating, laughing, singing Happy Birthday, talking loud. You would think the walls were made of cardboard in this hotel, the building is so old. We asked for another room, no restaurant noise but noise from fans or generator, we didn't know, the noise kept coming and going. Then the walls were covered with old fabrics that were faded and stained in some places. The bathroom room is long, narrow with a shower without a shower head but with a very poorly organized shower telephone. Lots of corrosion at the bottom of the shower door (never cleaned I think) and mold at the bottom of the walls because poorly maintained, but no unpleasant smell. Sink tap almost no cold water. The ordinary lunch nothing more, which was reminiscent of lunches served USA style, but no eggs, no fruit salad, just ordinary bread for toasting, cereals with almost lukewarm milk and orange juice made with water. And what's more, the elevator didn't work, you had to take the stairs. They say that a 4 star in Canada is a 3 star in Europe. We had a 3 star, so a 2 star in Canada, that gives you a little idea... Too bad the staff was helpful, but the rest, no way...

This is a wonderful hotel! Such great service. Great location due to its proximity to being walking distance from Roma Termini Station and many other tourist sites. A very nice breakfast bar is included. The only minor issue was that the elevator was out of order but we are healthy enough to do stairs. Quaint room. Loved how the window can be opened wide to look out on the active city below. I can virtually guarantee that you’ll be happy with staying here. Thank you for making our first days and nights in Rome so great!
