Great stay, They knew there were three adults so the had the hide a bed fully made for me! We we super close to the train station and some delicious eating spots :)

Hotel is ok, however initally we recived a room with some problems (a.c not working, broken handels, small shower). However the room was replaced. Tje hotel is fine but a bit old and needs maintanance

We were given a very room well below our booked size. Believe is the smallest room on that floor. Was told hotel was full and no bigger room available. Showed them our booked room pictures and info and was told picture info not correct. Those pictures were from a higher grade room. Wonder who provided those pictures! The room size was wrong, way too small. Now does not allow me to add photo....

It was a spacious, beautiful modern room. It had a doorman in the evening and at night to keep non-guests out. The breakfast buffet was good.

The property is very close the train terminal which was very convenient for getting around. Though this location means it was very busy and noisy on the street, which echoes into the rooms of an evening. We did not sleep well due to the constant noise of the street and locals shouting. The surrounding area in not a nice part of town. The hotel has a problem with their hot water system- the shower temperature is luke warm at the best of times and constantly changes temperature between warm and cold.

Amazing multi lingual staff. Very clean and art is lovely. I have stayed multiple times in varied rooms all excellent. Highly recommend. Very short walk to station and resturants. Also easy walk to Coliseum, fountains and so on.

Stay away from this place. The trim on the shower was broken and covered in black mold. I asked them to clean and fix it. They just put the molding back. Then when I had to ask again for them to rectify it they did. However the maintenance man left the showerhead on the floor and a dirty tub. Reception was pleasant for the most part. The breakfast staff were not. The rooms were large.

Over all - if potential noise and occasional homeless encounter are not a concern, then this hotel is perfect choice having good food choices nearby and just 2minutes from all transportation. Surrounding - Encountered a few noises and broken beer bottles outside. Room condition - a suite room had a problem with shower nob, was hard to operate and head shower was not functioning.

The location is great, near the main train station. The hotel is very clean, the room spacious and modern. But the area around it can be loud and there are people on the streets all night long, some of them concerning for safety reasons. No problem for us but it may bother others

Don't listen to negative reviews sbout the area! Any major city has riffraff. The hotel was clean and we felt safe. Our room faced the train station but was quiet. We would stay there again.
