Property was overall a great experience. Room was a bit outdated but location and staff were great! Excellent location! I didn’t get to try the restaurant but it looked nice and clean. Wifi was a bit slow and spotty. Overall decent stay.

Great Hotel in Rome
Our stay was great. The Hotel was close to a lot of the Rome Sites. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very nice. I definitely would recommend it.

Noisy hotel
I arrived at 11:30 and the front desk clerk told me that check in was at 2 so the room wasnt available until 2. Thats ok but when i came back the new clerk told me the room had been cleaned a long time ago. The hotel turns off the AC st the end of summer. The room was warm during the day but cool enough at night. Breakfast is in a basement room down a winding corridor. I would rate the hotel higher but the place is extremely noisy. You can hear people going up and down the stone stairs, down the tiled halls, talking in the nearby rooms, and moving around in the floor above.

The staff was rude to us. Perhaps they expect us to book the most expensive room to treat us politely. The front desk Lady in lunch time 1:30 pm was racist and spoke to us so badly. We are Asians and she thought we are cheap. They kept giving the room to Other white guests from 1 pm onwards and asked us to wait. We waited and only to be insulted badly. The customer experience is -100 at this hotel. The room was dark, no phone service working, the room service left the used untidy bottles and toilets were not refreshed properly. We could smell the room dirty. They claim to have many good reviews but I think they are all scripted reviews. There are no guests other than us and few other white aged couples who are not noticing the cold reception. I went to this hotel for my birthday celebration and they made me face terrible experience in my birthday day. Never again in life we will recommend this hotel to Asians and young couples. The food stinks and the rooms are dirty.

Although the eervice at the reception was good, room services are bad - we have to ask for shampoo and soap on the 1st day - some day we had only 1 towel - we have bugs in our bed. We wife had many bites on her legs

20 min taxi trip to most of the tourist sights Area seemed safe , staff was helpful and friendly did speak English. Breakfast was included with the stay. Many restaurants in the area. Room on the six floor was noisy but ok. Heat settings are a bit of a challenge Roof top terris was outstanding

This my first ever negative review for hotel. DO NOT STAY There, i t is scam definitely not 4 star hotel it may be 2 or less. I stayed just for one night it was horrible experience. The reception were rude, the room is dirty there was a mosquito in the room, the breakfast is very basic . The remote control for TV was not working I called them and they said that they send someone to check it and I am still waiting they never showed up. Noise at night . You can not control the temperature in your room you have to call the receptionist for that. It was bad experience thanks god it was just one night.
