Air conditioner was not working properly, shower was moldy, amenities were limited, I had to go to the office for toilet paper, you can barely fit with your suitcases for 3 people because furniture is too crowded. Staff was great and pleasant.

Bed was firm. Room was clean, but bathroom shower door needed a re-fresh at the bottom of the glass. People at front desk were great. No elevator for guests, only luggage.

This property works for a one night stay near the airport. We took their shuttle, checked in quickly to our basic but acceptable room and took a short walk to an area with lots of restaurant options. However, when we got back to the room around 11:30 pm, our door wouldn't open. The staff member at the front desk worked to open it, but couldn't. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. At first, he said that he didn't think anyone could come open the door because of how late it was and we would need to go to another hotel and get our stuff in the morning. This was not acceptable to me. He finally did get a handyman to open the door and we agreed to sleep in the room with half the door handle off once we proved it was impossible to open the door from the outside. He did not offer to comp us anything and when I asked if we would receive a discount he just shrugged his shoulders. Our family with small children was too tired to argue. It was our last stay in a 2 week trip and we just wanted to get home. I would not book here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. It’s in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Plus, being so close to the airport made it super convenient for travel. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great stay near the beach and airport!

This is a 2-3 star property but is very well kept and well run. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Very fair value for money. Was glad to get a room here. Was among closest options to airport, even though it’s actually 15 mins drive away.

Poor A/C

A/C was not powerful enough to cool the room. The room was L-shaped. The A/C was pointed to that part of the 'L' that was the entry-way and no one was in that area. At least they could have redirected the air to where we were sleeping. The shower had black gunk which could have been mold. Elevator is for luggage only, not people, so that was ok. They offered free bottled water upon arrival and free parking so those are definitely plusses. The room was large and the bathroom was larger than average. Shower was slippery, but that seems to be the norm in Europe.

The property is conveniently located near the Rome (FCO) airport. I stayed there twice and enjoyed my stay there very much. That are great and lively restaurants which are short walking distance from the hotel. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and helpful! In my last stay, I was about to miss my shuttle to the airport because I did not hear my alarm. The hotel receptionist on duty came to my door and told me that they'd hold the shuttle and it came back to pick me up. I really appreciated the service!

Staffed 24/7 which is important for late arrivals. Many properties have no reception/greeters after 11 pm. Front desk very helpful and welcoming. Airport shuttle and/taxi available at front desk. One block away from river front with fishing fleet. Interesting, walkable area.
