My recent hotel stay was a bit of a letdown, mostly due to the room service. We found a menu in the room, but when we tried to order food at 7pm, they first said they couldn't serve, then suddenly they could. They even came back later, disturbing us while we were sleeping, to ask for the receipt – super annoying! And about that free bottle they promised on Expedia? Total no-show, and the staff had no clue about it. The front desk was fine, and breakfast was decent, but these mix-ups really put a damper on the whole experience.
