This beautiful hotel is located within east walking distance of many of the main historical sites. The staff are all excellent, and from check in to check out the service they provide is incredible. The room was spotlessly clean and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop bar is a fabulous way to start the day and then returning on an evening for the amazing cocktails cannot be missed! The interactive menu offered lots of choice and the Saffron Gimlet is up there with the best cocktail myself and my partner have ever had. We only stayed for three nights but will definitely return, and next time for longer. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay so perfect.

Perfect central location to see all that Rome offers. Front desk staff were uniformly helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The wait staff for the included morning breakfast were also excellent. Rooms were comfortable with great shower pressure. Overall great.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not entirely as advertised. Our room, bed and bathroom were fine, but there was a nasty big black mold stain on our bathroom ceiling. When we addressed the issue, they did move us to another room, but it’s confusing how they could miss such a massive black mold. The roof bar/patio is really lovely, but you can only use it until 10:30am, and after 5:30. They also rent it out for private events which are loud and annoying. The location is close enough to almost every attraction, but the street is quite ugly and garbage trucks early in the morning are super loud. The front desk staff are pretentious and not all speak very good English. Breakfast buffet is decent. None of it worth $800/night.

I am a stickler for cleanliness. I should say i was very impressed with our rooms and bathrooms. Their cleaning crew do a great job. They have turn down service as well. I love that they give slippers during your stay too. One thing we really appreciate is the hotel's walking distance to all important sites like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Trajan's Column etc. We also appreciate that the front desk communicates very well. We hired a car through the hotel to pick us up from the airport to the hotel. This is a must do. Gave us peace of mind with our many luggages. The only downside is the airconditioning in our room which is bigger is not cold enough. I will definitely stay here again and tell friends and family about this wondeful hotel.

the property was in the perfect location. nothing was too far! pretty much everything was walkable distance. The hotel is lovely and very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only minor issue we had was our water kettle did not work but they replaced it right away.
