The hotel is located close to the terminal station and in a bad area. There were a couple of addicted drug people around the hotel and people sleeping near the hotel. It's good for a one or 2 night stay but not for anything longer

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and we were only in Rome for 2 nights. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an unsavoury neighborhood. The hotel itself was secure with a keyed gate for entry, but a disappointment compared to the photos. Common area windows were taped shut. There was no basic amenities in room (kettle, coffee/tea). There was no safe in the room. Showerhead sprayed the whole bathroom. Very noisy at all hours of night and walls/doors not soundproof at all. I would recommend spending a little more to go to a better area with at least basic amenities.

We stayed in this property for three nights in the middle of July. The hotel is in a good location near the Termini station and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. But neither of the main tourist attractions are walkable, You need either the metro or the bus. We used the bus and avoided metro (to avoid pickpocketing). Contrary to the other reviews, we found the areas safe and walkable even at night. We were dining out around 10/11 in nearby restaurants and never felt unsafe or encountered any issue. Couple of comments on the property: the elevator is quite outdated and quite small, It does not fit more than three person without any luggage. Second, the hotel does not have any option to get iron even on request. They do have laundry service but is quite expensive. The room (triple) was spacious. But it lacked basic amenities (like facial tissues or small bottled body wash or shampoo/conditioner, plastic glass or regular glass for drinking water) that you normally get in north American hotels. I would consider it as a 2-star hotels, not a 3-start ones as claimed.

The hotel had a good room, it was nice and clean. The downside was that we were unexpectedly forced to pay the city tax in cash, and we had very little cash on us because we didn’t expect this. Also, the area didn’t feel safe.

Verify the size of the room before book this hotel
The picture of the room in the web site was different to the room assigned. The mattress was hard, I could feel the springs The room was too small, the room assigned with the number 301 but in the door had a label with "living room", so I felt cheated. We complain with the reception guy and he told us about to call the police.

Very close to Roma terminal station. Safe to walk to this property. Room is neat and clean. Looks newly renovated. They only accept cash for govt tax not on credit card which I felt a little discomfort. Staff where nice and helpful.

Very good location. Easy transportation between airport and Termini station on the shuttle. Also convenient to use the metro and to walk to sites. The staff was very nice at checkin and so helpful. I really appreciated the map he gave us and he marked all the main tourist/historical sights and how to get there. I can honestly say without that advice we would have been overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. I referenced the map so many times. The triple room is spacious but the bathroom is very small. Housekeeping made our beds and supplied us with fresh towels. I also appreciated that there were extra blankets available. Restaurants and souvenir shopping close by. Thank you for a nice stay!

Look for a different hotel, you get no rest here
TO start with - HOTEL HAS NO AC ! When you have 36 degrees with 86% humidity outside, in the room it was close to 40 degrees.The air had no movement so it was impossible to sleep (in June). The hotel has AC but all the dials were removed so the guests can NOT adjust the AC. The shower is "European style" with no curtain, barely a 1.5 foot rotating window that does NOTHING to stop the water splash so we ended up with a pool inside the bathroom. The vanity and shower faucets are defective. You turn the hot water on and instead of the water coming out through the spout, it comes out through the cold water faucet. The rooms are on the first floor and facing an extremely busy street. If you stand outside on the street, or inside the room with the windows closed, the noise level is the same. There is absolutely no difference and because it faces a very busy street with restaurants, bars, running busses and lots of traffic, there is NO quiet time. The rooms look NOTHING like you see in the photos, they are extremely small, crowded, hot, smelly, basically a "no rest" area. THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK ! The ONLY reason I gave this hotel a 2 star rating is because the staff is OUTSTANDING ! Extremely helpful, nice, professional, kinda trying to make up in what the hotel is lacking. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money so you can rest. The whole downtown is full of hotels, door to door from one another so, if you do the walk, you need the rest.. You will not get any here...
