Just home from a lovely stay here and was very pleased we chose it. Location is absolutely brilliant, every one of the main tourist attractions is an easy walk away, or you can get on the hop on/hop off buses that are plentiful. The hotel itself is located on a quieter side road so you don’t get a lot of the traffic noise associated with being in a big built up city. It’s a clean and tidy hotel which appears to have been fairly recently modernised to a good standard. We had a deluxe room that was more than big enough for our needs, but not huge. Hotel staff are so cheerful and helpful and always willing to help. Plenty of restaurants in the local area to choose from and it was always nice to stop at one of the many Gelato Stores to get a tasty ice cream. We got a train from the airport to Roma Main Terminal and walked to the hotel, a short ten minute walk but be aware the area outside the station appears a little run down and doesn’t feel the safest.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We stayed at multiple hotels throughout our vacation and this hotel was by far the best experience. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the balcony in our room as well as the balcony accessible from the 4th and 5th floors! The staff was so absolutely kind and upon check in offered us a drink while they took our bags up to the room. The breakfast service was also amazing and the staff there were so attentive. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Lights went out in our room for a full evening. It was a nightmare. The following morning staff had no compassion in the check out process. At the front desk management allowed staff to play games, poke fun, and encourage an argument. Several customers witnessed the unprofessional display, yet, management had no issue with their young staff. Couldn’t work from room as the electricity didn’t allow for my computer. No business center. Had to leave the country early because of this. Worse experience

The staff here are truly the most welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. This boutique hotel is a true 5 star hotel and has the most wonderful breakfast! Very clean, quiet, and charming place. Will definitely stay here again when I find myself in Rome.

The property was conveniently located near restaurants and the train station, it was very clean and the service was great. FYI if you're booking a certain type of room through Expedia, try to contact the hotel directly to make sure that room is available. We booked a room for two twin beds but got one double - the hotel was very kind in trying to accommodate but they were fully booked...

Oh my gosh! What can I say about this wonderful property? It’s an amazing, super cute, everything new property. It’s got the boutique vibes mixed with the European charm. The staff is phenomenal, super nice and welcoming! I was able to check in early with no issues, and my room was just perfect, I loved how the bathroom was separated from the actual bed area. And the private terrace was fabulous. I didn’t have a chance to use the gym but I passed by and it looked pretty well equipped. Breakfast was continental but still great healthy options and yummy pastries. The servers were A . I recommend this property to everyone visiting Rome. It’s within walking distance from pretty much anything! Whenever I’m back in the city I will definitely stay here again no doubt! Thank you Hotel Viminale for a fantastic stay.

This is hands down the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. From the first moment they made our check in so smooth and made us understand they were there to help us have a great time in Rome. Their exclusive free walking tours were wonderful little excursions around the city (hour to hour and a half) that showed us some sights and gave context to what we were seeing. The room was cozy and comfy, and the three outside common areas, were nice quiet places to take in some very pretty views or just relax. We spent every evening having some wine in their beautiful bar area, and even though there wasn’t really a menu option for it, one night the bartender made us a special cheese plate because we wanted a small snack. The breakfast spread each morning was simply amazing. We were introduced to breakfast Italian style. There were so many options, and I tried so many things I had never considered for breakfast before. Dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Brie, salmon and Italian bread were my favorites. They even prepared us a to go breakfast since we had to leave at 6am on checkout day to catch our flight. We definitely plan on returning to Rome and will not stay anywhere else. They were definitely a highlight of our trip.

Lovely new hotel , everything modern and clean, with very professional pleasant staff who were very helpful with answering questions about the area, train to airport and restaurant options. Breakfast was very good in nice room and bar on site was convenient for evening drinks. Walkable to train and many areas with restaurants. Highly recommend.
