The location is excellent because it is located very close to the central station. It is was very easy to access the metro. The person waited for me to check in and he was easy to connect with if we needed something which I appreciated especially because I had my kids with me. The breakfast could have more options but was ok. Overall, it was a good experience!

Close to town city. Room was small but thats all what we needed. Cleaned every day. Hotel was clean and staff very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service from William-very helpful as showed us what to do around. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel :)!

The hotel is in a old building but it is lovely. Only minor issue was that our room was right by one of the entrances which meant it was a little noisy when people came and went.

Older building with updated rooms on the 3rd floor (actually had an adjoining hotel across the hall that we breakfasted with). A bit confusing about how to get in building to check-in, so make sure you have good phone service. You have to buzz the adjoining hotel. They offer early check-in, and though our room wasn’t ready they offered breakfast while we waited. Clerk super helpful with mapping out sightseeing and transportation. Everyone was super pleasant and accommodating.

Hello, we had problem with the room airconditioner, the room was without the tub, the room was very small, we had problem with the lift, there were rumors around from other rooms (no noise isolation), the breakfast was terrible.

The room was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was the highlight as they had a variety of fresh options, pastries, and a specialty coffee machine. The only issue is I never received the bottle of sparkling wine which was promised with the VIP service, upon asking an employee they had no clue what i was talking about. The instructions to get in the hotel were clear and it was very walkable (30 min walk from main attractions)
