We really wanted this to be a nice one. And the room looks pretty nice, the design, the bathroom, etc. But while there was one person at the front desk, not many answers or good service came from them. We arrived, it wasn't terribly hot in Rome, but it was inside the room. When we tried to turn the a/c on, it wasn't working. Went outside and the person confirmed it was not working. We asked to be changed to a different room. We were told there were no rooms available... and, that even if we changed it wouldn't solve much, cause apparently a/c weren't working in any of them. Doubt it is true now, since each room had its own individual unit. I asked about fixing this to stay, and was told it was going to be taken care of. Never happened, if I had known that I would have changed hotels and ask for a refund. Wifi worked the first day, after that no wifi either, so using our phones and service from the US to cover for that, not a great thing. Asked again and was told it'd be fix with people coming to take care of it by 8am in the morning. You can guess the rest. No a/c. No wifi. Only got fixed for our last night before leaving, so far from ideal. By now I assume you may not choose this one, but to be fair, the room looks really nice, location is at a nice walkable distance. If a/c is not an issue when you come, and you are lucky with wifi, you may have a great time. It wasn't our case. And in my book half of the issue was the issue, the other half being lied about it.
