We had a strange experience in this hotel in July. Good location. I booked separate beds, but checking in found out there was only one room with separate beds and it was taken. This was the reason I booked in the first place: two beds and location. Our room was to the park where restaurant are, it was noisy, especially weekend evenings. There are several locks and several keys, difficult to get in and out.
They asked what time you wish to have breakfast. One day we weren’t sure what time we’ll wake up, as we were on a holiday. They told me I could tell them in the morning. At 10 (breakfast ends at 10) I asked for a coffee and a juice, a lady who spoke no English, showed me a paper with a big red NO written on our room, and refused to give me anything.
When checking out at 11 (they give 11 as check out time), nobody was in the reception. We waited a while and then sent a WhatsApp. We had already asked to leave our luggage there for a couple of hours. I asked in WhatsApp if we could leave luggage and take the key as no one was there. They asked me to wait, someone would be there as they had gone out. I gave feedback politely, only telling their customer service is not very good. I got 11 messages back, extremely impolite. After explaining the situation, I had to block this person. They continued from another phone number, and I blocked again. I don’t recommend this hotel. Some of them were very nice but I also got the worst customer service ever from someone “in the office”.
