Great location!!!

We loved the stay in Rome. So near the Piazza Navona which is just around the corner. There is a panini shop right next door and a wonderful little neighborhood restaurant right next to that. That became our go to. As for the apartment itself, it could use a bit of maintenance. The couch just has a throw over it for instance. Just a few things would spiff it up. One also needs to be aware that the spiral stairs going up to the other bed are quite tight and not that great for older people. Kids might think them fun. The bathrooms are fine. One more thing….when people mention the tiny elevator they aren’t kidding! One person really. You can use it for luggage and that helps a lot. One of us used the stairs and one of us used the elevator. We were happy to have one at all!! Good stay overall!

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

We loved our week-long stay here in February! It's a very clean and comfortable apartment and has everything you need. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and it's super close to all the sights. 90% of the things we wanted to see were within walking distance of the apartment. There is a bus stop right across the street.The beds were very comfortable, and I imagine it was about as quiet as it gets for a city as busy as Rome. There is plenty of space to spread out in the apartment, and there are lots of drawers and side tables for your things. The area is very touristy, but there are lots of fun things to do nearby. You also don't have to go very far to find the more local spots. It's a beautiful building with a great view for people-watching, but anyone with mobility difficulties should be aware that it is not accessible. The building is very old, with narrow doorways and a very small elevator. The apartment is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb in order to reach it by foot. However, we had no problems with it and enjoyed the workout the stairs provided, especially after dinner :)The process of checking in and out was very smooth, and the owner arranged for a car to take us to and from the airport. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this property enough!

Great host and great location!

Communication with the hosts was amazing as they answered questions about the rental, transportation, and tours. Even with flight delay that led to transportation and check in changes they were quick to answer and very kind!The location is fantastic! We walked everywhere! If you look at Rick Steves Heart of Rome walking tour, you are located right in the heart of that! I would definitely chose this place again! Be aware that there is a small elevator, that only fits a suitcase and one person. We chose to always take the stair (especially after eating pasta!) It is on the 4th floor so there are a lot of stairs. If mobilitybis an issue, this may be difficult.

We enjoyed very much the location of this rental. We enjoyed the privacy and the microwave and fridge. We were easily within walking distance of all the sites, smells and sounds. Christmas in Rome is a fantastic destination. Thank you very much!

Cute apartment near Piazza Navonna

A cute spot near a big tourist area of Rome. About a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 20 minutes to the Roman forum,, 15 minutes to shopping. Very communicative property owners, and responded quickly to messages. My only two complaints: 1) (would have been nice if they were more transparent about the tourist tax, which has to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. This was not listed on the property description, and is a city charge. 2) we kept turning down the thermostat to try to stop it from getting so hot, and the thermostat did not seem to do anything. This was OK because it was cold outside, but the apartment was getting a bit hot at night.

Family Italy Trip

Wonderful communication leading up to and during our stay. Excellent location….close to all the sites in Rome and surrounded by restaurants, shops, etc. We rented the property for two weeks and used it as a home-base as we traveled throughout Italy for one-night stays. The property was great for the 5 of us and we loved the location .

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment was great and in a really good location. Property management communicated well and the apartment was comfortable. This one is on the 4th floor. They have a very small elevator with a low weight restriction, but we typically took the stairs. Everything you could possibly want to do and see is within walking distance, which was convenient. Overall a great stay!

First Time in Rome

My daughter and I went to Italy for the first time and Rome was our first stop. The apartment is just as pictured. It is a little stark, but very comfortable. There are A LOT of stairs so be warned. The location is perfect for walking anywhere you want to go and we felt very safe. It has a tiny kitchen with a stove top only which made it difficult to cook any meals. There is a washer, but the dryer was not working. One negative is that they gave us each one towel and one wash cloth and one kitchen towel for our entire stay. We were there four nights. However, if you are like me and are there to explore the city and just need a comfortable, safe place to stay that is central to all the sites then this will be perfect for you.

Perfect for my mom and I. Very comfy and unique apartment. Great central location within easy walking distance to all the main Rome attractions. Adriano was really helpful and informative during the check in process. We even arrived a couple hours later than anticipated due to flight delays but it was no problem, and it was easy to communicate with him over WhatsApp. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

2-night stay in Rome

Excellent place to stay that is close to several key attractions. We walked almost everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We had a driver from airport to apartment- easy to find him at the airport and also friendly but doesn’t speak English. Easy check in and earlier than the 3pm check in time which was nice since it was so hot. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Overall a good place to stay. Elevator is super small so be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. Even with the AC on the loft bed was quite hot. Very central location.

Great location. Slightly dated apartment.

Overall pleased with apartment. Located within meters of Piazza Navona (unfortunately under construction) and Via dei Coronari. Also within easy walking distance of Pantheon, Castel San't Angelo and Piazza del Popolo. Vatican, Coloseum, Trastevere and Trevi a bit further but still manageable on foot. Apartment was relatively clean but dated. Pull out sofa was a bit dingy and dryer was not working which made laundry a bit more difficult. Communication with property managers was excellent prior to and during the trip. I would recommned a stay here.

Great location

Couldn’t ask for better location! The apartment is located two minutes from piazza Navona, and that’s within walking distance to major points of interest including Vatican and Trastevere. The apartment was comfortable, with a very functional kitchen: a very nice induction cooktop! You have to like stairs to enjoy the apartment: we used the tiny elevator for luggage only, otherwise we were comfortable using stairs to the fourth floor. There are also stairs within the apartment: to one of the bathrooms and to a loft bedroom. There’s a lot of street noise, but that’s Rome. Just close the windows. We were greeted and introduced to the apartment by Adriano, a wonderful person, always ready to assist and guide. Gracie di tutto!

Lovely apartment near Piazza Navona

The apartment is in a superb location for the main sites in Rome. The historic 18th building is charming with its grand staircase and soaring ceilings. As other reviews mentioned, there are many steps, including two spiral staircases in the apartment- but we felt this added to the charm and provided amazing views over the city. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as small groceries and bakeries. We recommend Maccheroni for dinner and grab and go pizza from the place directly across from the front door. We highly recommend the apartment!

Nice little apartment in the heart of Rome!

We were very happy with this nice little apartment! 😊 Location was ideal, near most of the main tourist attractions; all of which were within walking distance. Vatican & Colosseum are a short Taxi ride away. Excellent dinning & lunch nearby, everywhere. The check-in was nice & straight-forward having someone meet us upon arrival. The Host offered an Airport Transfer which was super helpful & convenient!! Stefano was our driver, & he was great! He had a sign with our last name on it, that we quickly saw at the Limo pickup area. All the dinning restaurants he recommended were Top Notch, Reasonable, & Delicious! The apartment required 3 keys for use; it was nice they provided 2 sets, one for my Wife & I, and one set for my kids. One key is for using the small Elevator, which is basically a 2 person Elevator. Literally, you can barely fit 2 people tightly. BUT it was still nice to have, being in the 4th floor. The Elevator is a little unreliable, and sketchy, so quite often we ended up taking the stairs. The apartment had all the Amenities needed. :-) The only two suggestions i have for Ownership/Management is, add a little shelf in the Master Shower for Soap & Shampoo, which currently has to be placed on shower floor. The "Bathroom is Beautiful" & Shower appears to be recently remodeled, nicely!! I strongly suggest some "Non-Slip Clear Pads" be added in the Shower Floor & Stairs to the shower. The tile is VERY Slippery when wet, and is Hazardous for someone to fall...
