I booked the hotel and was looking forward to staying in it. Then the host contacted me to talk about additional fees for extra guests, though I did indicate we were a family of 5 at the time of booking, and additional fees if you check in at a later time. I had booked the hotel for an overnight stay, because of a flight layover of 12 hours. Due to the fact that I had to take three flights on that trip, I made a mistake and booked the wrong date (the 30th instead of the 29th). Contacted Lorenza long before the check-in date and requested that she either refund the booking or change the reservation. She was very un-accomadating and un-compromising. She refused completely to do either. I ended up loosing the money that I used to book this hotel and I did not have a place to stay during my layover. A bad experience for me and my family of 5. I say go for this hotel if you are sure that your plans will not fall through, and do make sure you book the right date and read all the booking details before booking. Hosts give NO REFUNDS, under any circumstances! Even Expedia tried to reason with her and advocate on my behalf, and she still refused to compromise or be more accommodating.
