It was very clean and close to everything. The entrance to the hotel was a bit sketchy. No concierge to greet you and only a small sign letting you know you were at the correct place. Also we had to lug our suitcases up a set of stairs to the elevator.

The entrance/building to this property is misleading as it’s very old, but typical of Rome. However once you get to the level of the hotel it’s beautiful. The suite was great as well. One flaw, and this was very important for me, is that it’s not quiet. There was a constant buzzing from some equipment all night and you can hear your neighbour using the faucet/showering. And the room’s scent was overpowering. If the sound issue can be resolved, I would return.

The woman at the front desk was a complete scatter brain and kept talking to herself and was trying to multitask way too many things when she didn't have to, we were the only people trying to check in. Everything else about the hotel was good, aside from the mold around the shower spout.

The hotel was well located with a 10 to 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and other attractions in Rome. We felt safe walking around in this area and the hotel was very clean and staff were great and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply Wow!!
Absolutely fantastic hotel, all the team are friendly and extremely helpful Rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean. Breakfast included and what a variety of sweet and savoury treats. Location wise it's a few minutes walk from termini station and was perfect for us. If we ever return to Rome we would stay here again in a heartbeat. A real gem of a hotel with your every need catered for, Thank you for an making our stay in Rome perfect 😊

Nice Boutique Hotel in Rome
Nice and convenient location, the staff were friendly and helpful. nice continental breakfast. Water dispenser and coffee/espresso machine in lobby available 24 hrs., which we liked. We had an early flight and would miss breakfast the day of checkout, so they offered to make to-go boxes for us which was really thoughtful.
