Fantastic location, right near caffès, restaurants and landmarks to embark on your trip. A somewhat no frills hotel otherwise, but most if not all your time in Rome should be out exploring anyways!

Great little hotel on tiny street near Termini train station. Near Santa Maria Maggiore church, restaurants, cafes and hop on hop off buses. Well maintained building and clean.

The room that we stayed in was very small and did not feel like a Superior Double Room. We had booked 3 nights but checked out after only 1 night. The air conditioner was so noisy that we could not sleep if the air was running. If we turned the air conditioner off, then the room became so hot that we could not sleep. After we turned off the light at night we heard a rodent in the room nibbling on something. The mattress had severe pilling, which could be felt through the bottom sheet when in bed. My wife woke in the morning after the first night with a bite of some kind on her cheek. The shower was so small, that we found it difficult to squeeze in with the doors open as far as they could be opened. After the first night we asked reception if they had another room and they said they were fully booked. This left us with no option other than to book into another hotel on short notice. When we returned home, I wrote a detailed complaint email to the hotel asking for a refund for the 2 unused nights accommodation, but the hotel manager did not even have the courtesy to reply.

The location is very central to a lot of restaurants. It is in walking distance to the colosseum and Roman forum. Note however the roads leading to the hotel are often crowded and might be a downhill/uphill journey so practically it is not easy to walk with large suitcases. As for the hotel itself , some front desk staff are a little more helpful than others. One the first day of check in our WiFi didn’t work but the problem was fixed and the bathroom had no toilet paper but once we called the front desk that was resolved. I had a standard room , if you are just looking for a place to sleep as opposed to lounging all day in the room for comfort then the room is fine for that purpose. The showers are EXTREMELY small . I am 5ft 2inch at 140lbs and could barely find room to turn in the shower or close the shower door. So if you are a person of a larger body size this might not be the room for you ( not sure if a higher room categories have larger showers)

Great place to stay - very accessible to church restaurants & some shops. Clean room, has a/c elevator. Great staff too. Also has shuttle service to airport- may be a little more than taxi but worth it. Highly recommend.

This property is fantastic. It’s a close 5min walk from the Roma Termini station, it’s quiet, one street back from main road and has so many options for food and drinks. It’s also well located to walk from to almost all the main attractions around Roma.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this hotel except the bathroom was a little tight. We’ve noticed that in most of our hotels over the last few weeks but what was really frustrating is that there’s no shelf or holder in the shower to put soap or shampoo or anything. So you have to put it on the floor or keep opening the doors to reach something. Sounds minor but we stayed there for 4 nights so it was a little frustrating with such a small space. Otherwise this hotel was great.

Room was small, typical of rooms in Rome. Clean, front staff were good. Location was close to sites, The downside was the shower in Room 103 was very tight/small. We managed as we were there for only 2 nights. Not recommended for large size people.

Excellent service from the staff. They are very friendly. We arrived before the official check-in time, but there were no problems, and they assigned us a room immediately. The location is close to some places and far from others. It's a ten-minute walk to the train station in case you need to travel to other cities.

This hotel is walkable distance to the train station, even for my mother who was traveling with me and has mobility issues. It is super close to Santa Maria Maggiore and only two-3 blocks from catching a bus to visit the colosseum. There’s also a grocery store close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, very near to plenty of restaurants, the main train station, the subway, and in walking distance of every sight we visited. The lift was very small and wouldn't be suitable for anyone with large bags or a disability, and the stairs can be quite awkward. The room was nice, however the bathroom was quite cramped and poorly ventilated (no working extractor). We only had a few small bags, though if you had several large suitcases, you would have struggled opening them all with the limited floorspace. We also only had a skylight window, so no view of anything around us. The hotel staff were friendly and we always had clean towels and sheets when we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a convenient location for a short stay.

It was fine. Nice that it was close to the train station, however the air conditioning wouldn’t work, the front desk was super unhelpful and just said they could see that it was on, on their system. There was also an alarm pad and fire alarm that was blinking all night. Saying “help” I asked the front desk about this too and they just shrugged it off. So we covered it with tape and a cloth, and tried to ignore the one on the ceiling. Very dirty out front, piles of dog poop on the road and front steps, entrance was in an alley or skinny street, did not feel the safest. So all in all, fine for one night, but we will not be staying there again.

The room was not like the pictures on the WotIf website. The shower was so small that I could hardly fit through the door. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, so loud that I found it hard to sleep. If we turned the air-condition off at night to reduce the noise, the room became so hot that it was difficult to sleep. After we turned the light out at night we heard a mouse or a rat nibbling away a something in the room. The room was small, and not really any space for a second large suitcase.
