This apartment was really great and the owners/operators, Julia and Anna were very organized, responsive, and accommodating.
Would definitely recommend staying here! And will stay here again myself if I'm in Rome again.
Pros:
- Spacious apartment with three separate rooms (two bedrooms and a living room) and a kitchenette.
- Very clean
- Air Conditioners on each room and they worked great!
- Very responsive and professional owners/operators who speak English very well!
- Functional kitchenette with a stove top, fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave
- Elevator in the building
- Beautiful views out of the windows
- Close to a metro station (use Castro Pretorio, NOT Termini!!)
- Close to a few good supermarkets (Conad City and Pam local)
Cons:
- Seems to be located right on the edge of a bad area but you can mostly avoid that if you do not go towards the Rome Termini train and metro station.
- Not located in the center of touristy part of Rome. So, for Coliseum and other central Rome areas, you should consider taking a metro or a taxi. It's be a long walk there from this apartment (35-40 minutes). Metro is very quick (Blue line) and only costs 1.5 euro or you can buy a Roma Pass or unlimited rides pass.
