Quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. Nicole and her husband were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

The property owners always readily available and pleasant to deal with. They offered many wonderful recommendations for dining etc and assisted with arranging taxi service. This trip was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were wanting it to be a special experience. Nicole and Antonio helped deliver on this. From the moment we arrived, Nicole welcomed us with some drinks and food. We arrived before check-in time but she was more than happy to look after our luggage. Nicole took the time to point out highlights we needed to visit during our time in Rome along with providing recommendations of places to eat on a map she gave us. This was a nice touch. The room was lovely and just as the photos show. Beautifully appointed, tidy, clean, and very quiet. The aircon system was great given how hot it was. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main tourist highlights of Rome. We love to walk, but if you wanted to take a bus or train, these are close by. The neighborhood felt authentic and not touristy. This meant we had an incredible selection of eateries that the locals eat at, which were great quality and value. Plus it felt very safe to wander around at night. Whenever we left in the morning for the day or came back in the evening, Nicole or Antonio would greet us warmly. This was an experience you rarely get at hotels. We loved our time here and would stay here again without hesitation.

Our recent stay in Rome was greatly enhanced because of our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre and the hospitality of the owners Nicole and Antonio. I can not say enough about their desire to make our stay special. The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit delivered to our room in the morning was delicious and much appreciated. Nicole even delivered some Limoncello in chilled flutes after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient with easy access to Rome’s sights and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants. The hotel located in an historic building is newly renovated, spotless and beautiful. The combination of wonderful accommodations and outstanding hospitality is something Nicole and Antonio should be proud of. Consider this your new home when visiting Rome.

The property was beautiful the bed n breakfast is so modern and the staff were amazing. Antonio and Nicola were so amazing taking time to explain the room and the area around us literally going over each area on a map. Their staff attentiveness was extraordinary I felt like family the coffee and treats were such an added touch every day wow❤️ don’t hesitate the room comforts and the area was quiet after a long day in Rome 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was fantastic from A to Z. Extremely clean, well kept, amazing owners going out of their way to make sure your stay is flawless and comfortable. The hotel is behind large doors inside of a courtyard so it is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance (within 20min) to all the sights. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. We stayed at this lovely hotel and could not have been more pleased. Nicole and Antonio are 2 of the nicest people on the planet!!! There was no question we could not ask regarding jewelers, restaurants etc... and they could hat have been more helpful! My husband tripped and badly sprained his ankle. Nicole called a pharmacy to find an ankle brace and I was able to walk there and pick it up. The breakfasts were amazing every single day with fresh fruits, savory and sweet croissants, juice and more. The rooms were spotless! If I could give Nicole and Antonio 10 stars I would!

If I could give this beautiful stay 10 stars, I would. We have traveled a lot, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Words cannot describe the kindness and hospitality that were exuded from Nicole and Antonio. Their rooms are stunning and have every amenity you want. The location is so incredible and feels so safe, but the hospitality is next level amazing. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay and making us feel like friends and family! If you are lucky enough to find this gem, and it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful Italian meal, we loved Al Forno della Soffritta. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and was our favorite meal in Rome!

Best stay!
We loved our 3 nights at this beautiful property. The room was really clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases. The complimentary breakfast was super nice, great coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants. The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere also at night and we found it to be super safe. To top it all, Nicole and Antonio are super nice, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

Antonio was simply amazing. This property is beautiful and clean but the hospitality is what makes it special and unique. I hope to return whenever I fly back to Rome! There’s a reason this place has a perfect rating :) We came across it after having a bad experience at another hotel and luckily Expedia was able to transfer us here for the night so we weren’t stranded. Truly appreciated the safety and hospitality received. Highly recommended.

What a surprise behind the large wooden doors at entry to find a modern boutique hotel. The owners Nicole & Antonio were the the nicest & most helpful people. The snacks served by. Nicole were very delicious. The gelato shop across the road was the best. We would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Everything about this place is impeccable - the room was bright, stylish, immaculately clean and had every amenity you could ask for including a fantastic shower, minibar with daily replenishment and tons of hanging space for clothes. The hotel is tucked away behind large wooden doors in a private courtyard (guests receive a key card on check-in to come and go as they please) and is ideally located in the diplomatic area of the city - a short 10-15 walk from Termini station and surrounded by delicious restaurants and bars away where the locals eat. The area is quiet and easily within walking distance of all the sights that Rome has to offer. But the real selling point is Nicole & Antonio, and their team. They could deliver a masterclass in how to provide flawless service. From the point of arrival, its like being greeted by a best friend. And for every second of your stay, the service is exceptional - it is beyond 5*. As a solo traveler, visiting a new city can be a daunting experience but Nicole made me feel just like I was at home in an unfamiliar place. The whole trip was magical, and much of that was due to the wonderful experience of staying here. If you're browsing for places to stay in Rome - stop. You've found the best.
