We stayed in 2019 as a couple for 7nights. On arrival we checked in and were taken to our room. There must have been some confusion as to what we booked as we had booked a room with a spa bath and there was no bath at all. Back to reception, where we were told that the room we paid for was unavailable. The lady at reception then called her manager and after some delay we were taken to the correct room. 2 nights into our stay we discovered that the jets on the spa bath didn’t work, we informed reception staff, and disappointingly, the issue was not rectified prior to check out nor did the lady behind the desk seem to care much about the issue voiced. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. The hotel appeared to be having some work done to it at our time of stay as someone had come into our room and installed a mirror whilst we were out. No mention by reception staff to us of the potential of someone other then house keeping entering our room, and the workers left gyprock dust all over the desk and our belongings. The breakfast was lack lustre, we filled in our menu for our entire stay on arrival. When we asked to change our menu on the 2nd day we had to speak to 3 different people before we were able to and it took 2 days before we received what we ordered. Locations was A and manager friendly and apologetic but we would not recommend this hotel. One can only hope it has improved since our stay.
