The whole experience was Amazing! I HAVE absolutely not 1 negative thing to say. The staff went beyond to take care us the location is PERFECT near EVERYTHING. When I say you can walk everywhere I mean it the longest walk was 26 minutes if you don't mind walking that is. This was the perfect location to stay in ROME. I Highly recommend it.

Nice and convenient hotel, very kind and welcoming staff. Room is as described, spacious and airy. We had a problem with one of the blinds but it was not a big deal. Building could use some touch up paint in the stairwell. Very convenient to Roma Termini station and lots of shopping and restaurants around.

The staff were exceptional, very polite, eager to please and helpful. Located within 10 mins walking distance to the train station. many shops and cafes. Rooms were clean and equipped with a safe, bottles of complimentary water and toiletries. We only stayed for one night but would certainly return again.

This hotel is in a shared building with other hotels and residences. The shared areas are not clean. For example, the elevator and stair railing. The area right behind the elevator is filled with empty cardboard boxes and the railing is very dusty. The building can only be accessed with a code after hours and the are la with the rooms as well, which is great for safety. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom area. The windows and walls are pretty thin so you get noise from right outside the hotel.

Staff (Roberta and Stephania) were very helpful and accommodating all through out during our 3night stay. our flights was delayed and came in after hours and Stephania waited for us for late check-in. Clean hotel and very close with few minutes walk to Roma Termini and local bus transport, restaurants and other venues. Definitely we'll be back when in Rome.
