Location & Comfort in Rome!
Nice stay! Clean, comfortable, great location. We had two issues, minor ones. Hair dryer broke and some other guest broke coffee machine in shared area, hairdryer immediately replaced, and the great guy who was at the desk, made us coffee and brought it to my husband. Highly recommend. We walked all over Rome to walkable destinations….perfectly located.

It was difficult to sleep because the beds were not comfortable, the air conditioning was not cool enough & you can hear all the street noice. You could even hear noice from the person on the side room, like when they arrive at night. The shower needs a shelf to put all your shower toilet trees, like shampoo & soap. I don’t like putting them on the floor. The building smells bad like a sour stinch.

I had a good stay at this property. I enjoyed that it was quiet. They have a keyless lock on all the doors so that was nice because I didn’t have to worry about carrying a key. They also have a water station so you can have water whenever and not worry about buying that which was a huge bonus. There were some things that bothered me that might have changed my decision to stay there. There was an unusual smell that came up from the shower drain every time I stepped in and turned on the water. It would only last a couple of seconds but it was unpleasant. Another thing I didn’t like is that if you stayed more than 4 nights, they would only change your towels once every 3 days and if you needed more towels they would charge you 4 euros. After my third day, they must’ve forgot to replace my towels because they just took my dirty ones and didn’t give me any new ones till I asked for a new one. Also they don’t have a 24/7 reception so I had to wait for the next day to ask for a fresh towel. Additionally, there’s a Rome tourist tax per person per night per stay. For whatever reason, it was assumed that I had two people during my stay because I had a friend over for a couple hours on one day and I got charged for 2 people. Not sure why that was assumed since no one saw me check in and I was almost never around because I was walking all day but I wasn’t asked and I was charged. I pointed it out and correct it and was given a refund in euro but I will have to pay extra for conversion

I can confidently say that I will return to this hotel. It was impeccably clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain with fantastic restaurants nearby. My family and I felt completely safe throughout our stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for sightseeing and photo opportunities. I truly have no complaints. A perfect 10 out of 10!

There is no staff except a cleaner for part of the day. No telephones. No security locks on the inside of door. The property is in need of repairs. The bathroom has updated fixtures and bed was comfortable.
