Location was ok if you plan to visit the Vatican. Otherwise a good distance from everything else. Breakfast was good but be aware hours are limited 8-10 am. We were out of the room before 8 am every day but they did accommodate a little earlier most mornings. The balcony looks much bigger in pictures but was tiny/could only fit one person. AC was misleading- It got hot with no circulation some nights but they locked it out so it could not be used in the winter. One more thing to note it is on the 6th floor. Elevator only accommodates 1 person at a time. We opted to climb steps every time and it was a LOT. The entrance to the building appears dirty/not well kept. That is not the hotel owners fault but it does not give a good first impression.

Amazing property and staff! Love the balcony and how the windows open and give you some spectacular views of Rome and Vatican City, a plus that they have a elevator for your heavy bags

What a beautiful location and space to stay. The Vatican is 5 minutes and you can dine anyplace nearby. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Best place on our vacation!

Staff Myra, Abby, Regina & Alvin gave us excellent service & very courteous. They went out of their way to provide our request for an early breakfast twice. And, even helped us to get tickets to see the Pope . Unforgettable experience.! Our 3rd visit to Rome and only now that we were able to see the Pope. Rooms are always clean . Highly recommended and for sure to stay at the same hotel when we go back hopefully next year for the Jubilee celebration 🙏

Very Comfortable Hotel in A great location
fantastic location near The Vatican. The room was clean and nice with AC. there is a great little breakfast and coffee shop on the corner. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in this price range.
