Sutton Place Hotel is in the heart of Roseau, within a 5-minute walk of Roseau Public Market and Dominica Museum.
"I like this small hotel but it is very noisy. We stayed Thursday and Friday nights and both nights the neighboring heavy beat music went all night and into the early morning hours. I put my Bose sound canceling earbuds in which dampened the noise but could still hear the noise."
