Disappointed in the hotel overall. It was old and run down. Furniture in the room looked like it was from the 70s and several drawers would t shut. The walls had spots and generally it was run down. The first day i didn’t get room service and the second day it was terrible and the room had a pungent odor. The rest of the room services were excellent. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

1night is okay
We got a room for one night. The hotel is a little run down. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway carpeting needs to be changed out. In the morning when we went down to breakfast, we thought we were in a nursing home environment. Elders in their PJ’s some in wheelchairs discussing how the day was going. They all knew each other. Very strange.

The property is very dated and is in need of remodel. The property was dirty but the staff was good. I don’t recommend staying here, the pictures make it look better than it is.

The room carpet and bed was good. The bathroom and all common areas need to be cleaned, painted or replaced. The hall carpet and elevator floors are gross. The pool floors and walls are peeling plaint.

There were several things that needed to be fixed in the room. Terry was very helpful and nice. It could have been cleaner on the property. But it was looked to the things we wanted to visit

The room was okay, but didn’t like the bathroom configuration. The sink/vanity was right by the door to the room, and totally outside the toilet/shower area. Very inconvenient.

I loved the safety and and quietness of the facility. It was clean and staff was very nice.However, my room had paint splatter on the tile and the bathroom doo appeared to be chewed up by a dog or something. I was surprised the door was not replaced and the paint removed. There is also still paint tape around the doorframe.
