When i drove in to motel the grounds hedges lawns weren't like in the picture Lock didnt work on spa bath room entry door wifi was terrible, couldnt get really anything on tv.

Stayed 6nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. Overall experience was great. Super comfortable beds, Shower pressure was incredible. Loved that there was a indoor hot tube to relax in. Only had one problem with our stay. The internet has poor connection. We had alot of glitching.

It seemed homely not corporate but no bathmat or salt and pepper. Kitcken reasonably equipped but small cutlery. No milk supplied. But if you just want a place for one night and you are on a budget, its okay. Its just a bit tired.

We stayed for a night, a place to sleep and not anything extravagant but perfect for just one night. A little chilly at night with a small space heater but they also provided heated sheets that helped. It was very closely located to Te Pa Tu Maori show which was perfect.

people drinking and smoking in parking area ,dirty carpet ,run down building have photos of cockroach on wall , and other bugs on bathroom ceiling ,needs to be knocked down would have leaved but could not fine anything in that area , don't be fooled by photos would never stay again !!! i think a refund is due .

When we booked the property was advertised as a spa suite and the facilities included Laundry , Flat Screen TV, Free Wifi Etc. When we got there we were told the spa are in the room was not available and unsafe, room had no air conditioning, the laundry was not for the guest , there was no tv antenna connected and if you wanted to watch something you have to use your own Apple TV account. After much complaining the staff agreed to log into the tv using their own account but the Wifi was so slow it was constantly buffering.. The property was not worth what we paid and wotif have done nothing to help us despite us contacting them and being promised that they will investigate,, TOTAL RIP OFF

There were cockroaches in the property in addition to several spiderwebs in each room. On the carpet in an upstairs bedroom there was something like pile of insect excrement. The hot tub was not functioning and unsafe but there were signs warning that it not be used.
