The location of where the property is situated, perfect! Easy access to all amenities. I highly recommend booking to stay with JetPark. My family of 8 highly enjoyed our 4 night stay, next time we head to Rotorua we will definitely be booking with JetPark again!

Jetpark Rotorua was in a convenient location, the staff were really friendly, and the room and facilities were all extremely clean. We had a room with a separate bedroom and a spa bath in the bathroom and we enjoyed the spaciousness and the amenities. Next time we'll stay for longer - it was a great all round hotel.

It’s a great value for the money, but the area is not that cozy, I would stay closer to the lake and gardens, it’s much nicer. Can not say anything bad about the hotel, super helpful staff, good bed and expresso machine in the room with bottle of milk provided in the fridge. Thirty min walk to geyser valley, or 5 mins and 11$ by uber.
