We really enjoyed staying at this hotel; the atmosphere of the lobby was extremely welcoming and relaxing. The only issue we had was regarding how the bunk bed did not have an outlet plug, but other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Overall it's a nice hotel. None of the squirt bottles dispensing soap worked properly. Either none would come out or they would squirt too wide. The neighborhood at night was dark, dirty and depressing. There is a convenient Metro station near by.

A fantastic hotel
This was such a great stay! The hotel is nicely decorated and has great amenities.. the breakfast was delicious and the location is great. We appreciated that the hotel was eco friendly and offered plant based options.

We stayed in a queen bed pod. It's a room size of queen bed with small space for lugguage. Two rooms share bed space, one up and the other under. Shared multiple bath pods and toilet rooms. It's really for just a place to sleep in. For leisure, we can find a table in the lobby to sit down.

The usual is a new, fun property and we enjoyed staying there. There are a few things they can improve. They didn’t communicate that they do not clean the rooms unless requested, which is odd. We weren’t told anything, then were told it was every other day, then were told we had to ask. In addition, the room can use more lighting - it was quite dark and we had to use the flashlight on our phones to see in some places. I stayed there with my 2 teenaged children, so knowing that it is an open shower concept would have been useful, as we had to go wait downstairs each time someone showered.

What I did like was the design the comfort the location & the service was fantastic & made my stay at The Usual a real pleasant experience! There were a few hiccups at the beginning of my stay, but were sorted out swiftly & compitently, which again made my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Perfect city centre hotel
Great hotel with a clean room and all working facilities, not sure bunk bed above the main bed is a great option for younger travellers i.e 4 yr old, as it presented a injury risk being low down to the main bed. Service was great and ease of stay was great.

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich sehr nah an dennCube Häusern und an der Markthalle, davon ab gibt es in der Umgebung unheimlich viele Einkauf und Essmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. 1 Punktabzug gibt es für das Frühstück. Die Croissant waren zwar ein Traum allerdings war diee Auswahl sehr dürftig für 15 Euro bzw 40 als Familie habe ich definitv mehr erwartet, es gab vorgefertigte Bagels ist halt nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Es ist ein sehr kleiner Bereich und es gibt kaum auswahl kein Aufschnitt kein Gemüse sonder lediglich vorgefertigte Produkte

Se ve que está nuevo el hotel y tiene un concepto un poco diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados, cabe recalcar que está en un excelente punto (buena ubicación), el colchón de la cama lo sentí un poco duro, y no hicieron limpieza un día. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.
