Nice hotel, good for stopover
Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages).

Welcoming and good location, this hotel is within easy walking distance to the old town. The room was clean and well proportioned. Parking is below the building and is accessed by driving around the corner in a clearly marked map.

Great for overnight stay, quiet room even though they had a coach load in. But a long walk 30mins into town for supper in the cathedral quarter. That was the only problem for us. Good breakfast included in the price.

Overnight stay was pleasant.
The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and caring and assisted as needed. It would be better if parking was included in the stay and we could have driven straight to the underground parking. This could have saved us some time and confusion. Breakfast inc and was sufficient enough for this hotel.

First Class Treatment of Guests
My friend and I spent one night at the Holiday Inn near the end of a two-week visit too France. Due to a mmix-up with Hotels.com, the reservation I had intended for June 9-11 was made for June 7-9, so when we arrived it appeared that we would be charged for nights that we had not stayed. Further, while we could stay for the night of June 9, the holiday Inn was fully booked for the night of June 10. The desk clerk quickly found us reservations at another hotel for the night of June 10 and the manager kindly did not charge us for the nights of Jun7-9. The room was large by French standards and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best offered while we were in different parts of France. I would gladly stay there again.
