City center Easy on the pocket...
Location was awesome... Front desk very helpful...
While the building had some interesting artistic features, I would say they photograph better than they present in real life. The host did not have any record of our reservation and made no apology about the mixup, but found us a room anyway. We booked a room with a double bed, and the listing indicated free Wifi and paid parking available. Unfortunately there was no parking, no Wifi, and we had a room with two small twin beds. We arrived back to the hotel after dinner and a walk along the Seine to find the main doors all locked, and just by luck the gentleman who checked us in was walking by the door. He let us in and said "did nobody give you the code?" He is the only one we had interacted with and there was certainly no mention of a code, and no documentation in our room at all, not even to list hotel features or nearby amenities. I understand there was a very recent change in ownership which may explain some of the inaccuracy and confusion with our check-in and other normal hospitality procedures, but it was very disappointing overall. I will say that it was in a great location, and with a few small improvements to the process and room features, it could be a much better value for money. I wish them the best in their new business venture, but for now I fear the patrons will suffer.

Like the other hotels in Rouen, they give you the worst room if you book through a platform like Booking or Orbitz. Also be aware there's no wifi on the upper floors nor elevator.
The staff was very, very friendly and accomodating. Be aware this is a funky hotel that isn't run by a chain, so it's a bit outside of what some people might consider "standard hotel ammenities" like laundry, hairdryers and room service. It's more like a hip, expensive boarding house.
No parking on site so you have to find a spot on the street, which, depending on the time of the day may take a while. Also there is not a spot to park in front of the hotel to check in so you need to find your parking spot and then walk your luggage over to the hotel to checkin. If you don't speak French, be prepared for a language barrier. You can pay for their breakfast offering (it was between 8-10 Euros), which is essentially croissants and baguettes and coffee or hot chocolate. The room itself was simple and just did not have a clean appearance. It seemed like the "street art" was just a cover for being hipster chic but it was really just grungy. We were in France for two weeks, we stayed here one night and that was enough. It is around the corner from Notre Dame de Rouen, a beautiful gothic church built during the middle ages, so that was a silver lining. This is a classic example of getting what you pay for as it was the cheapest stay we had on our trip.
Lovely hotel. A party next door to the hotel between 00:00 and 03:00 was annoying but the staff were most apologetic and it wasn't the hotel's fault .

Staff was friendly, room was sufficiently clean and spacious. Bar/nightclub outside our window was loud until nearly 4am. Additionally, lots of construction around hotel added to noise level in the morning.

Needs a new coat of paint but generally alright. No WiFi signal in my room (3rd floor), but strong in the lobby. I guess their router is at the lobby and my room is too far from it.

Part of old town some parking
Stoped to see rouen.Parked on road outside for free till 0900.ok breakfast .very helpful staff fairly basic room.
I spent a week in this hotel. For this length of time, it would have been nice to have an armchair and facilities for making coffee in the room. I was on the third floor, facing into a courtyard. With no elevator, the stairs gave me much needed exercise. There were few carpets or hangings in private or public areas. This was good for cleanliness, but it undoubtedly magnified the noise from the street during the night of Bastille Day.
The breakfast was good and consistent. The owner was friendly. There were many English-speaking guests, and the staff were conversant in English.
It is near a metro stop, the Cathedral, and the beautiful banks of the Seine.

The location and city are excellent. The man who was there when we checked in was very helpful, the lady there in the morning wasn't quite sure about anything.
The hotel was clean , comfortable and good value for the price.Pleasant personnel. Very near the cathedral and the old city centre. There is no lift - which didn't bother us as we had small suitcases. The only downside was the noise on Saturday night at about 4 in the morning on the street outside.

We'd stay here again
Everything went well. Great location. Near everything.
The room was small for 4, but had bunkbeds for our teens. Thomas at the front desk was very friendly, funny, and helpful. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. The neighborhood was a bit noisy but we brought our earplugs.
Stayed one night with some friends on a road trip. Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to check-in early or call if you will be late. In an area with tough to find parking, the hotel has a few spots hidden away, which is great once you find how to get into the lot. The location is excellent to see the historic parts of the city and it is also a block from the river.

On arriving at 1pm the hotel was closed. It opened at 3pm. The staff were very accommodating. The room was at the front of the building and very noisy at night, positioned over a club.We booked in for breakfast but there were none available as the hotel was full. We went for a walk and had breakfast when we came back in. The rooms décor was dark and depressing but the bedding was crisp and clean.
Bare bones room, but very clean. long climb up 4 flights of stairs (no elevator)and very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast very convenient location.
Very good location, room is cleanling and service is good.

A pleasant stay
The hotel was in a great location for seeing the city and pretty good value given its position. There was a lot of street noise however and it was warm so we needed our balcony doors open. We didn't mind it but worth considering if you're a light sleeper.
