Come enjoy this spacious ranch style home showing beautiful scenic views of the mountains, sunrises, and sunsets. You can see many of the wildlife crossing the field behind the home. The additional 80 acres behind the home allows for lots of hiking, ATV trails or snowmobiling in the winter. With the Allegany River right near by, making for a great place to fish or float the river.

The Fessenden Ranch is handicap accessible, with a ramp to sliding door, room for a wheel chair, bathroom upstairs had grab bars and shower bars.

Located not to far from Coudersport Ice Mine, Kinzua Bridge, or Cherry Springs to star gaze.

(Please know, the ground is unlevel, the concrete is for the most part level , but there is always the possibility of equipment getting caught and cause a fall, please move about safely.)

Property occupied. Very disappointed never got to stay
When we arrived Friday, after a 5 hour drive, there were people there that had reserved the property, through the owner apparently. The owner had supposedly blocked off the weekend months ago, according to the one lady whom was speaking to her, but it was still lasted on the VRBO site as available when I booked it. There was a class reunion taking place the next day with 30 people attending. The ladies did offer for us to stay and join them but that wasn’t an option. So after about 45 minutes to an hour we got back in our vehicle for another long 5 hour ride home. Very disappointed. Overall rating I’m giving a 1 star because of the situation. The property was very nice & clean. We were looking forward to using our telescope to see some stars that evening. Too bad!
